Hello, I'm Melissa Jane, an independent funeral celebrant based in Cambridgeshire. I work closely with families to create personal, heartfelt ceremonies that honour and reflect the life of their loved one with dignity, warmth, and meaning.

I've worked in the funeral profession since 2012, originally as a Funeral Arranger, and later in many hands-on roles from caring for loved ones behind the scenes to conducting services on the day.

In 2020, I became a qualified Funeral Celebrant and have since had the honour of working closely with families across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk. With deep compassion, a listening ear, and years of experience, I offer bespoke ceremonies that gently reflect the person at the heart of the farewell.

Whether you're planning a cremation, burial, memorial, or interment of ashes, I'm here to guide you gently through the process. Each service I create is entirely bespoke, written with care, shaped by your memories, and delivered with sensitivity.

When working with families who are grieving the loss of a baby or child, I never charge a fee. These services are given freely, with the same time, attention and love as any other because I believe no parent should ever have to say goodbye to their child, let alone worry about the cost.
